Daugiavna.vn is a specialized online auction platform in Vietnam, facilitating the bidding and sale of high-value assets including real estate, motorcycle license plates, VIP phone numbers, and other valuable properties. The platform connects sellers with serious buyers in a transparent, competitive environment.
My role
I was responsible for the full UX and UI process — from research to final delivery

Problem
Through research with both buyers and sellers in the Vietnamese auction market, we identified critical pain points:
- Geographical & Time Constraints:
- Physical auctions require presence at specific locations and times
- Limited participation reduces competition and final sale prices
- Buyers cannot easily research assets before bidding
- Trust & Transparency Issues:
- Lack of clear asset documentation and verification processes
- Opaque bidding procedures create suspicion among participants
- No centralized platform for auction history and price references
- High Barrier to Entry:
- Complex registration requirements for traditional auctions
- Intimidating auction procedures for first-time participants
- Limited access to information about upcoming auctions
